This was the best meal I've had/purchased in Maryland since relocating from Florida. I'm an island girl. I'm very specific/picky about my food, the flavor, the right amount of salt, spices, herbs, and ingredients. I've been to "5 star" upscale/high end restaurants in Maryland/DC, where the managers come to my table almost begging me to tell them that the food is great, when I tell them that it's ok. The food is just ok. I've been to a few other Carrabba's as well, but Chef Javier at the Ellicott City location, prepared the best grilled salmon and sautéed spinach I've ever had.
