"I am celiac, so I can't have wheat. This is one of the places that allow you to remove the bun! Not only that, I called to let them know before I ordered, and they did an amazing job on the burger. Some places will give you the saddest pile if you ask for no bun. This place has shredded lettuce, so you can't make a neat bunless burger. That's fine, I have gf bread at home. They made it without the bun and it was still absolutely fantastic on my GF bread"
