The rest of ingredients were cooked but onions weren't and hence it overpowered the entire sandwich taste. I wish they put diced/small onions in limited quantity. Actually many places in Mumbai put all diced vegetables except tomato 2) The cheese was non-existent. I initially thought they forgot to add but then found small shredded parts hiding behind vegetables. The cheese is a very important part of Mumbai sandwich (it can give great balance to raw flavors of onion and other lightly cooked vegetables). "This food was absolutely disgusting. The falafel was unsalted and tasted like fish. The hummus was watered down to the point of being flavorless, also no salt. The tabouli was a tiny portion of barely chopped leaves on top of a giant amount of whole romaine leaves. Oh, and no salt. I never write reviews but people should know how nasty this is. Avoid!"
