"New week. New order from the folks on the SW side. I’ve admittedly had this arrow in my quiver for a while but can’t drop another review too soon or they may start thinking we’re exclusive. Don’t get me wrong I have strong feelings but I am also low-key into Pho House. What can I say? I guess I’m a House guy. Anyhow, had an eye doctor appointment down the street yesterday (shoutout Dr. Fitz. SW side legend in the eye health space) so it was no brainer takeout time. Snuck the order in quick after battling through the little air puff machine. Food was ready in 20 minutes. Somehow you can get speed, quality, and value under one roof. It’s immaculate. Since we’re here it’s probably the right time to discuss depth because this menu has a lot of it. In the interest of transparency I did have the Tuna Maki roll again. I have it every time. It’s simple and it’s beautiful. If you’re the reading type and get deep enough into the menu you’ll find the find Pad Thai. You might be thinking to yourself, “Are they really this agile?!” If you asked I think you already know the answer to the question. Order the Pad Thai. Trust me. And while you’re at it get a Shrimp Tempura roll, too. The eel sauce will have you into your feelings after one bite."

Then an equally generous amount of grilled and marinated veggies. It's not clearly noted, but it also comes with clear broth soup, fried rice, and salad. ALSO MUST NOTE: They use exceptional packaging and keep everything well organized and sealed. The nerd in me appreciates the top of line engineering put into the design and it's an extra expense I appreciate from a restaurant like this one. They have nailed the carry out and delivery process so well that other places need to take note. P.S. The Party Animal Roll is incredible just like the rest of the rolls on their menu! "Had the Saag Lamb Curry, Samosa (2) (which were buy one get one free), Bullet Naan (Spicy) and some extra sides of mint cilantro chutney as well as some Yogurt Sauce ( Raita). Fantastic quality, get a lot of filling food for your dollar! The Raita is a perfect compliment for the spice level of the Bullet Naan (which is very spicy beware) and Saag Lamb Curry, yummmm! Medium spice level had just the right amount of kick for me. I will say that their medium may be equivalent to some people's spicy or extra spicy if you're spice sensitive. I usually get the Samosa Chaat but the regular Samosa's were a great value, the tamarind chutney and mint cilantro chutney did well in complimenting the appetizer. 10/10 as always, Paradise is quality and quantity and is always consistent. "Persis is so good and affordable. The food came hot, well packaged, and included utensils/napkins. We enjoyed the medium spiced family vegetarian biryani. It was delish despite being a little too 'hot' for my bf's palate, nonetheless perfect for a spice lover like myself. Be weary of the spice level you order, for actual spice enthusiasts, the MEDIUM LEVEL TASTES LIKE A MEDIUM. It's not the restaurant's fault if you can't handle spice! FYI: 'FP Veg Dum Biryani' comes with two sauces. The white sauce is a great addition to the dish, as it was helpful with cooling down the spice for my bf. The orange sauce takes the dish to the next level by adding in additional Indian flavors. The dishes are large, in comparison to price. We had leftovers! My favorite buy was the *Gobi Manchurian cauliflower*, perfect spice, flavor, and crisp. "
