"I ordered a Custom Thin Crust pizza and an order of Italian Cheese Bread. Almost $30 spent, and my thin crust is soggy (normally they are like a cracker (which is why I get them) out also has burnt edges, that they just left in the box. My ICB was not only over cooked, but all the seasoning they put on it, was literally on the middle. So it makes it very hard to eat. I called the store, and of course they can't refund me the money but they put me on a remake list... The girl I spoke to at the store was very kind and she at least deserves 4 stars 🌟 herself. I'm so very disappointed!!!"

"DELICIOUS food every time! yes the spice may seem to vary sometimes but its thai food, RESPECT the culture the food is traditionally spicy. If you want. delicious dinner or lunch i recommend the Bangkok Noodle Add White Rice Pint and Vegetable on the side and you have 2 solid delicious portions. My ONLY complaint is not enough broccoli, but then again i just love broccoli. I was so surprised moving to rockford and being able to find such a insanely authentic Thai restaurant. The drive through person mentioned their now making smaller smoke briskets but the advertisement shows a much larger sandwich and the price is still the same not lower to match the product given. Won't be ordering from them again, not worth what their charging and given false advertisement. So disappointed I really liked this location but clearly went downhill."
