"I only gave OutBack 4 stars this time, 9/10 times it's all 5 because they're generally "on their game" but they we a bit off today. I had messaged my Dasher (who was incredible btw) and asked her if she would inquire about extra Ranch since we we're getting two salads that would be lunch for two people. There is no option on the menu to request any extra anything. The person that was helping Stephanie made it a point to tell her that "normally" the extra Ranch would be $6 which I told her was fine, just have them add it to the total. They gave it to us free of charge but they also shorted us a loaf of Pumpernickle bread that I almost had to fight a 6'3, 210# man over! Just kidding about the "fighting" part but I wasn't happy that I had to share with him since his should've come with its own. I made up for the cost of the Ranch by adding it to Stephanie's tip! The sliders looked like a child put them together - the cheese was hanging off the meat, one of the patties was half gone, edges were burnt, and bacon crumbles were like chewing rubber. They give you three Fried Mozzarella sticks for 10.99, and the cheese wasnt even melted - tasted like a block of cold mozz covered in breading. The cheese fries had the same rubber bacon crumbles as the sliders and the cheese was overcooked. The Southwestern Eggrolls were supposed to come with avocado ranch and didnt, and the roll itself was soggy (we live 5 mins from the restaurant so the delivery was not a factor for this). The Boneless Wings had more breading than chicken, were severely overcooked, and drownedin the sauce. We wont be back to Chilis."

"It's the best and they have the best concrete ice cream. Only issue I've ever had was ordering through door dash which was not door dash fault but was Freddy's as they put the wrong items in our bag and order. Other than that it's our go to and love it and would it it everyday if it wouldn't make me soo damn fat!! "I gave it 3 stars because they do have great burgers, but this was my first time eating here and I was a little disappointed in the service. No commmunication that you can't get pickup orders through the drive thru and instead of accommodating me the one time since I did not know that, I had to pull out of the drive thru after waiting forever, get my sleeping baby out of the car to go inside and grab my order only to find out they left the cheese curds out. The drink carrier doesn't hold the smaller cups very well so they fell out of the carrier in the parking lot. I had to go back inside to get the cheese curds and new drinks. When they gave me the cheese curds, they only filled up half the cup and they were overcooked. For the price of their menu, I feel they can up their customer service a bit. If unsure how to do that, here is what should have happened... the order should have been given to me in the drive thru with the understanding I know for next time. Also, it would be good to communicate that to all customers placing pickup orders at the time of placing orders so they can be prepared. Last, fill up the cheese curds cups all the way. Hope this helps them improve! "
