Let me say this about my new favorite thin pizza: I was partly raised by my Nana whose parents & older siblings immigrated from Italy before she was born. Even my great-aunts who married into the family learned the family recipes, so I grew up eating authentic Italian food, including homemade pizza. This thin crust reminded me of the family pizza I grew up on. Pizza sauce should be thick, generous, and a little sweet. The crust is baked to perfection. The last 2 orders, I chose to add an additional tomato to each sandwich for 36 cents more, and I still only got one tomato. Which, by the way, are PINK, not red, in the middle of summer! Their produce vendor needs to step it up. Of course, I'd rather have pink tomatoes than none. We did not get our honey mustard sauce for the chicken fingers.
