Let me say this about my new favorite thin pizza: I was partly raised by my Nana whose parents & older siblings immigrated from Italy before she was born. Even my great-aunts who married into the family learned the family recipes, so I grew up eating authentic Italian food, including homemade pizza. This thin crust reminded me of the family pizza I grew up on. Pizza sauce should be thick, generous, and a little sweet. The crust is baked to perfection. And the little cupped pepperonis are my favorite topping. Thank you for adding thin crust to your menu, PW! The Breaded Mushrooms were once again too delicious to pass up, and I admit, I ate 2 before I took my pic because there's no way I was going to just look at them & not eat as soon as they arrived.
