"This restaurant has the best Butter Chicken I have ever had. I moved to the area of this place a while ago and my neighbors highly recommended it and now I know why. The Garlic Naan is so fresh and soft and goes so well with the Butter Chicken . "My only complaints are 1) they poke holes in the lids of the entrees. The purpose is to vent the piping hot food which makes sense but I've ordered ramen (obviously from a different restaurant) and they send the (also very hot!) broth in an intact container, wrapped well in plastic wrap. I'd prefer food packaged this way if it comes in a reusable container, rather than having to throw away a lid. I also wish I could choose the amount of rice they send, because they're overly generous. Most people might think that's the opposite of an issue but I hate food waste and I can't eat all the rice they send before I have to toss it or freeze it. Everything else is wonderful though! The Butter Chicken is always delightful and the spiciness levels are accurate across all dishes. "I remember eating naan when I was in the military, and it was always something special for me and my guys. I’ve truly missed that taste—until I found Sinbad’s. The naan here is outstanding, perfectly made with that authentic, traditional flavor. Honestly, it feels extremely underpriced at just $8. I almost felt bad paying so little because it’s easily worth $10–$15. Beyond the incredible food, the atmosphere in the shop is amazing. I don’t know much Arabic beyond ordering bread and a few greetings, but the two women working there welcomed me in without hesitation. They were probably two of the hardest-working people I’ve ever seen in Utah, and their dedication shows in every bite. To have such an authentic taste of Iraqi food here is, to be honest, emotional for me. Sinbad’s brought back memories in the best way, and I can’t recommend it enough.
