Instead, the dish was overflowing with bell peppers, leading me to think Bell Pepper Extravaganza might be a more fitting name. Additionally, the taste was quite bland, and while the vegetables seemed fresh, they were undercooked, further detracting from the meal. The Belgian chocolate cake is delicious, but it's a very small piece for the price. Again, the price has come down, so that's a little better.
