"The food arrived hot and well presented. The hash browns were crispy with lots of onions. The omelette was tender and full of meat. The only thing wrong was that I felt sorry we hadn't ordered from Metro before. From the taste of the food to the way it's packed, it's obvious that they care. We also ordered the Fruity Waffle and Shepherd's Pie. We haven't tasted it yet, but the presentation of the Fruity Waffle is beautiful. We will try the Waffle and Shepherd's Pie later, or tomorrow. "Food was fantastic! Arrived hot and fresh. Steak was phenomenal, very tender and juicy with little fat. Marvelous cut of meat. The salmon was STELLAR!!!! Literally, the flavour profile, tenderness and hint of smokiness was perfect. And the mac and cheese was out of this world!! Super creamy and cheesy but not overwhelming to the palette, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Bacon bits really enhanced the Mac & Cheese Entree entree. "Portions on the scallops were TINY for $40 each. Steak frites came as half a small steak packaged separately from ... mashed potatoes?? She crab soup was tasty. Mac and cheese was good. Short ribs were also a small portion and sweet chili sauce was very under seasoned. We have eaten in house at crave and it has always been good, but the DoorDash order was a big disappointment."
