The engineer sub which is generally very well prepared and holds it self almost together was falling apart and it seemed like ingredients were either substituted or missing. Although more expensive than other sub places we preferred this restaurant for its quality of food. The quality of food and customer service has definitely gone down hill. The fries didn't have the dips I requested. On mentioning this on call the fist option I got instead of a general sincere apology was that I can get the dipping sauce next time (and so what with it ?) The Gobi Aloo is spicy, the potatoes are soft. With the Basmati Rice (Half) and Raita, it was perfect! I was seriously in tears, not many take away food, of any kind, is so "normal".
