The Bigger Fish

"Batter on the Potato Scallops and Fish Cocktails was 10/10. Stayed really crunchy, and didn't go overly soggy or stale even when left in the fridge overnight. Tasted fresh and perfectly cooked. It is worth paying extra for the chicken salt - I'm not sure which brand they use, but it's delicious! A note that the side sauces are actually good sized containers poured by the restaurant, not pre-packaged sachets or squeeze packets. I'm guessing that this is why they are $2 each vs <$1 or included in the cost? Unfortunately, we found that lemon is not supplied by default either. Despite the additional costs with extras normally included in the price (e.g. chicken salt, sauce, lemon), we will continue to reorder from this restaurant in the future as quality has been a consistent 5/5 from these guys. Batter is fantastic, fish tastes fresh, potato scallops are a perfect thickness, etc. "

Took a star off because there were only 4 prawns; would've liked more or please put in the description how many you get."

The spring roles were not crunchy ( though I understand they'd sat and gone soggy in a bag), but all I could see/ taste was peas and corn in them. And the pad see ew was just as bad sadly - some of the noodles were massive (much bigger than I've ever seen, I literally had to cut it in half with my fork, there's a pic below but I didn't think to take a pic of the bigger piece). It was mushy and the flavour just wasn't good either - also too sweet. Definitely not what I was feeling excited for, I wouldn't order from here again"
