My son does not care for chicken wings nor shrimp and this restaurant always kindly honors our requests to replace these with extra chicken fingers instead and they do not upcharge for substitutions like most other places do. The food is always good, always fresh and the prices are much better than other places. They even include a small order of fried rice with their Pu Pu Platter for 2 - no place else that I know of does that. Friday nights on pay day (so every other week), ordering from here has become our tradition. We've tried a few other places just for curiosity's sake but keep coming back to Ruby China because nothing else has rivaled their quality and price point.
