"A second sushi order from Wasabi at Porter that was absolutely incredible! It was everything that I look for in good sushi- fresh, delicate, and flavorful with well curated flavors. None of the rolls were overly drenched in sauces, and even the miso soup was perfectly cooked. The price was very reasonable as well, and it came in generous portions.
Dishes we've tried and loved include the Salmon lover , Kani salad, Wasabi Roll, sashimi and salmon deluxe combo, rainbow rolls, and the Incredible roll. It's all been great! No notes. The sashimi is super fresh and feels like it melts away with each bite. The rice in the rolls is chewy and delicious. The rolls are the perfect temperature- they're not cold and stale like at some places.
Lastly, I love that they are thoughtful enough to even include a little dipping tray for your packets of soy sauce.
We are excited to have discovered this restaurant and will be ordering again soon when we are craving sushi. I highly recommend this place!"
