"I ordered a salad bowl from Just Salad, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The main reason I chose this spot was for the specific dressing I wanted which they completely left out and gave me a different dressing. I personally wouldn't even choose. That alone really ruined the meal for me. The portion of meat was very small, the sweet potatoes were burnt, and the entire bowl was cold. The hummus was so thick and cold it just sat in the bowl and couldn’t be mixed with anything — not the arugula, not the rest of the salad. It made for a pretty unpleasant texture overall. I went with Just Salad because it was more affordable compared to my other options (Sweetgreen or CAVA), but I definitely feel like I sacrificed quality. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 is because all the ingredients I selected were actually included just poorly executed. I personally won’t be ordering from this location again, at least not through DoorDash."

"I ordered the Lamb Biryani and it was perfection. Flavorful, spiced well, generous portions of lamb layering the bottom of the tray, and enough for three-four meals (for one person). If you've eaten in, you know this place is a hole in the wall attached to a small grocery store. It reminds me of the places in Korea that are open for long hours and cater to cab drivers and folks working night shifts by offering wholesome meals for cheap and without any frills. This is exactly what you get with Shan's. No frills, delicious food that is going to fill you up without emptying your wallet. Highly recommend."
