I was also under the impression the vegetables were supposed to be pickled, not simply chopped up and served raw. On top of that, I specifically requested ponzu and received none.
The proportions make absolutely no sense. For something advertised as a 5-protein bowl, the salmon should be the star. Instead, I basically received a bowl of raw onions, jalapeños and ginger with some salmon mixed in."
