They had forgotten one thing (well 3 of that one item) on my order, but when I called the Triple 0's they made things right. They said next time I come they'll give me 5 instead of 3. I appreciate that they were willing to make it right. The milkshakes were also really good, although I wish they had more flavours, if they had more flavours, then I think their milkshakes would be better than Dairy Queen's milkshakes. Everything tasted good. The paper straws are a little too flimsy for the lids of the drinks. Both my son and I broke parts of our straws when trying to insert them into the drink cups. The straws were a thinner cardboard, which would've been fine, but the plastic lids on the drinks are made out of a thicker plastic than at most other places, so the paper straws don't bend the little flaps of the straw holes down very easily. The straw lasted in the milkshake for at least 4 hours (that's when I finished mine), without disintegrating, though. So, overall it was a good experience, and the food was all really good. "

"Very uninpressed would be an understatement. The grill had not been cleaned off before cooking the burgers, so their was grill gunk stuck to my burger buns. There was so much lettuce, and almost none of it was edible. I don't need 8 pieces of lettuce per purger. The fries were stale and undercooked and also basically inedible. Overall, I feel like I wasted the money I spent. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra for White Spot. I think I'm going to be sick later due to trying to save 20 bucks."

I got the mucho burrito and it was smaller than the last large burrito I had from this location. Very little, to almost none of any of the toppings I ordered. Of the ones I did order some of the fresh veg did not seem very fresh and the meat was very dry this time. Usually this place is good and yummy. I was unfortunately very disappointed this time. It feels a little like Russian roulette when I order, 1/4 of the time it's going to be bad enough I consider not ordering from here again.
