"I usually love ordering from Cora, which is why this was really disappointing. I ordered the buckwheat crepe with Nutella and bananas, and there was barely any cocoa hazelnut spread on it. The bananas were inconsistently placed and the whole crepe looked thrown together. The packaging also wasn’t great and didn’t keep the crepe in good shape. I also ordered the veggie skillet, which normally comes well-prepared with sauce (like hollandaise), but this time it was very underwhelming. There were only a few potatoes, unevenly chopped vegetables that didn’t seem fully cooked, a random piece of sausage thrown on top, and what honestly looked like half of a fried egg. "We ordered 2 medium pizzas from Papa AJs through skip the dishes tonight. Both pizzas were overbaked with almost no sauce. One of the pizzas was the completely wrong pizza, spicy, and completely inedible. The other was not much better and had no sauce or toppings. I called the store first and spoke to a woman claiming to be the manager. She admitted it sounded like we got the wrong pizza, but offered no empathy or refund. She said I had to contact skip for a refund since I paid through skip. I requested a refund from skip but it was declined because no items were missing, only incorrect. My friend called the store back to speak to the same girl who told him we could get an in store credit for a pick up if we could submit a skip receipt and proof skip did not credit us. I have emails of both. She took my friend's number and said the owner would review it and they would call us back. She called my friend back a few minutes later and said the owner will not credit us if skip will not credit us. This is the same woman who just told him we could get an in store credit for a pick up order. She even implied that we were lying, even though we offered to show them both emails. That's pretty dirty business practices. Don't order from here if unless you want to be cheated. $54 for 2 inedible pizzas and no one is accountable. "
