The Greek salad was a perfect balance of ingredients, included a generous amount of feta, and just the right amount of dressing. the fresh organic tomatoes, cucumbers, and black olives, completed the simple but tasteful arrangement.  the fire feta is my wife's favorite.  It's just spicy enough to balance out the tartness of the feta and makes a perfect accompaniment to any of the entrées or sides. Additionally, we added the 12 ounce side of hummus, and ended up with exactly enough for a filling lunch for 2 twice that week."
