"I know it's kind of weird to leave a five star Subway review, but hear me out: I'm visiting Scranton for a wedding this week. I also have a lot of dietary restrictions that suck, but them's the breaks. Last night, I foolishly ordered not one, but two salads from Chipotle and ended up paying over $30 (40 ish total counting delivery fees and tip, but my Door Dashers were fabulous, and this was not their fault) and ended up with two 1/4 filled containers of shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes (no explanation about the missing ingredients at all). Also they were leaking and had no utensils. I ate this "dinner" with my hands like an actual rabbit and had to sustain myself with my hotel room's complementary coffee creamer to avoid a calorie deficit. Not my proudest moment. I have never Karened before, but I was so hungry I had to shout into the app-feedback void. They gave me like a $7.49 credit, which I accepted and used to purchase a salad from. subway, because why not? I received the salad of my dreams, for like less than $14 including tip, delivery, and a water to boot. AND they even gave me a free cookie (packaged separately so no cross contamination!!!) that I gave to my husband who has the privilege of a colon that can tolerate gluten. TL; DR: If you are in Scranton and want a big, satisfying salad, go to this Subway. They restored my faith in fast food today."

"pizza shell was upside down. these are premade square typical of the area so the smooth top you apply the sauce to was used as the bottom resulting in a greasy shell the texture of a burned tortilla. They no longer spread their sauce which leaves half the pizza slice just crust. Their cheese blend is now not a blend, and just oily mozzarella. The quality has greatly declined, while the prices have skyrocketed during a time where even rent isn't affordable."

My 13 year old son ordered Chocolate chips Pancakes and he said there was so much chocolate (also burnt) & he felt like he was going to be sick.
