"Checkers in Homestead did a pretty good job with the food. The burger wasn't overcooked and was juicy with bacon cooked just right. The apple pies were cooked just right as well with a nice buttery apple crust. These pies have a lot of flavor and not just a sugar taste. These pies are way better than McDonald's, Popeyes or KFC. The only issue with Checkers is they need a better seasoned fry that has more of potato filling. Everything arrived hot and fresh."

The Boneless Wings still get 4 stars because they are much meatier than other boneless wings from similar restaurants. I probably would not get the Nashville Hot again.
