"We had a very long 36 hours. We got stuck in gridlock traffic for over 6 hours during a drive back from NYC during a snow storm. We finally arrived home after 16 hours on the road to discover our furnace went out and or house was 39 degrees. We went to a hotel and got up the next day to figure out the heat. The Boss Dog Burger was described as coming with the cheese of our choice, but there was nowhere to select the type of cheese. Additionally, the option to add details or special requests was removed, so there was no way to add it through text. The two burgers came without cheese. Also, it was not clear that the meal came with chips. The photo shows chips, but the description did not include chips.
