Initially, I wouldn't be annoyed because it's during a lunch rush, and I understand that it gets busy. However, when I called the store to just get an update on it, I spoke to an automated robot who answered nothing and kept telling me I couldn't speak to a staff member unless it was something really important. When I asked about my order, they said to check the order confirmation. I already did that, it was confirmed. I’ve paid and waited. I just wanted a time update. No help whatsoever. Customer service through an automated robot is a joke. All it could do was take my order but every other question was an excuse to not help and to not talk to a real person. I wouldn’t suggest ordering from this place as if something goes wrong, you’ll get through to no one. On top of this, I ordered extra steak in my burrito bowl and got the beer minimum. I wouldn't even say this is the normal amount of steak needed. I have about five small pieces of steak and the rest I lettuce and cheese. "The food here is very good, but I wish there was more meat on the 3 Meat Plate , It seems to be more efficient, when my Husband and I get the "Family Pack" or the "XL Pack", but the only problem with that is the fact that, he always wants the Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage and the Pork Ribs as two of his meats, and I always want the Chicken Breast as one of mine. The Pecan Pie is to die for. The Pulled Pork is awesome, especially on a Pulled Pork Sandwich, with onions and pickles, and Cabbage Slaw on top. We both really enjoy their Green Beans With Bacon and their Giant Baker with Meat . All of their Sides are great. Last but not least, we always get the Big Yellow Cup with Gold Peak Sweet Tea. It can get a little pricey, if you are buying a lot of meat, which we usually do, but it is totally worth it, if you have the money to splurge for a great dinner at home every now and then. Getting a Combo for yourself isn't very expensive though. I highly recommend, that everyone try "Dickey' Barbecue Pit"."
