Ex: the Korean smash, if you don't select all of the items to have added you get a plain burger. You'd think saying minus onion means give me all the toppings minus the onion. Nope. Apparently I should have selected everything, not just the soggy lettuce, that was supposed to come on the Korean Smash. The PBJ had barely any PB or J, and no bacon. Plus it was the size of a hamburger from McDonalds. For $18! The chicken tenders were overcooked and we didn't get any of the sauces. Sadly, the best part was the fries. The Detroit dog was ok. The pictures on their website must be AI generated because our food looked nothing like that. A waste of money and we'll never order from here again.
