"Ordered a hot venti chestnut praline latte with oat milk. Received a venti cup, but definitely not the amount of coffee I normally receive.. this came in a paper bag that was taped shut. Still sealed, had the stopper in, was sitting upright, and no signs of spillage or leaking anywhere inside the bag or on the outside of the cup . You can even see that I pulled the lid off and the stopper is still in it when I took the pic. I should add that I have ordered this same exact drink multiple times over the past month at a physical location and on doordash. This is the first time I've had this issue!
