"We order from them at least once a month. we always get the St. Louis Rib dinner. It's the best bbq we have had in a long time. 4 ribs is plenty because they are really meaty ribs. we've gotten the 6 rib dinner before & can't eat it all because we're so full. highly recommend it!"

I like the St Louis style because they are longer, meatier, this is my second time ordering ribs and I notice the length of them back then, but they tastes good. You can tell they have been smoked in a bbq pit. Many bbq places say they're smoked, when they have been baked, or cooked in a rotisserie, with smoked flavouring, or smoked bbq sauce put on them. The reason for the 3 stars is the length of the ribs are not true to the St Louis style of ribs. This order was over $ 17.00, when it should of been less because they're shorter ribs. The ribs are true to the smoke pit flavor. I would recommend if you're graving ribs with that smoke pit taste. But don't expect the size of the ribs to be the normal size of a St Louis style rib... I love me some BBQ."
