She said it comes with the Ranch, I asked if I could have Blue Cheese, she went back to the kitchen to make the switch. I got home and it still had the Ranch. Additionally they packed the very hot lasagna on top of the cold salad. Also the description of the salad says lettuce, tomato, carrots, but the photo shows other toppings. On the 10 mile drive home the lasagna dried up, it does not travel or warm up well. It was a lot of cheese, that was well seasoned but few noodles, and "where's the beef?" I tipped cash at the restaurant. And this is why people are fed up with the tipping culture, I tipped before I discovered the small issues. It was not busy at all, only one table."

"Comically awful. We decided to try Carrabba's Sandwich Bistro because we enjoy the parent restaurant. But then the Bruschette Chicken Sandwich....the "chicken" sandwich...was sent with zero chicken on it. Wtf? The side of chicken noodle soup was missing...but in it's place was a soup bowl with an inch of sketchy looking, gravy-like, gelatinous slime with a vaguely meaty mass the size of a golf ball oozing around in it. Gross. Whatever it is, it looks too sketchy for my dog, but on the bright side it temporarily killed my appetite. The Steak Marsala sandwich only had a measly 3-4 grams of shaved meat on it...meat which was lower quality than a cheesesteak off the griddle in a trailer at the county fair. The piddly pile of meat was shoved way to the left of the sandwich as far away from all the "toppings" as possible. A horizontally constructed sandwich....art piece or incompetence? I know my guess. The salad came without the ordered dressing and really only consisted of a few huge, stalky, uncut lettuce leaves and three croutons. Based on the attention to detail shown here, I'm not going to risk whether those huge uncut leaves were washed or not. Don't waste your money here. Seriously! There was absolutely nothing redeeming about it our order. It was worse than bad. Doordash refunded, of course. But we still need dinner. Great."

"The Penne San Remo is a favorite of mine and this order did not disappoint! As usual, it had a great medley of flavors unified by the creamy sauce, which is savory without being too rich. We have had the Prosciutto Stuffed Mushrooms before and have been incredibly impressed by the rich cheese stuffing and the Pesto cream sauce. Unfortunately, this time, the mushrooms were quite rubbery and undercooked... nearly raw. I get it: mushrooms shrink when well cooked, but Buca needs to find the perfect balance point. As for the Apple Gorgonzola salad, it was fantastic as always. Also a favorite of ours, it was very full of the good stuff: plenty of apples, cranberries, walnuts, and cheese. If you order this salad to go, though, make sure you have appropriate dressings at home. Only a small cup of their excellent vinaigrette was sent with this huge order of salad."

The full size Teriyaki and chicken bowl is $15 and was a smaller portion than a "lean cuisine" meal. The half tuna salad sandwich was very little tuna salad compared to the bread. The food continues to get smaller and the prices continue to get bigger. I'm not someone that requires large portions but at this price point I should at least not be hungry after spending over $50 for 2 people.
