"Today 1/18/25 at 12:10pm I called to give feedback on the quality of the food I received from this location. I order from this location 2-3x a week, and I usually get the same thing every time. A young girl answered the phone and I explained to her that their sourdough grilled cheese has been off the last 2 times I ordered it. Instead of being hot and crispy, like usual, it has been soggy, and the cheese inside hard and not melted. I explained I order this every week and have never had this issue before. She stated that it's a pre-packed item that they just heat up (which I already knew), but, she said that probably the quality of the product they receive has gone down. I went on to explain to her that in addition to the food being bad the last 2 times I ordered, that my drink has also arrived spilled twice in the past week. My doordasher even sent a pic saying "they didnt package it right, the drink is spilling", with a picture attached showing the green starbucks sticker on wrong"

"Ordered a Nipper Wrap & Small Fry. While the steak was well cooked, & cheese was sufficent. I couldnt taste any of the pepperoni nor could tell peppers were inside the wrap. Had better at Andis or even the diner. The fries are cooked okay enough to eat. Could be better if they didnt taste like they've been sitting out for a while or even use salt even just a little dash. Disappointing for being my first time. Would not recommend if given this again being that the quality of this does not make it worth the price. "
