This isnt a complaint as such or a big deal but the only issue is sometimes when I order, like today, that when I order my Cappuccino I sometimes receive flat whites. BUT the coffee is always fresh, hot and delicious so it isn't a big deal for me. you always make my coffee as asked too regardless if its a flat one or not. Also a big plus is that the coffee is always packed so well for delivery so it's hard for the delivery person to spill/tip out the coffees on route.
