The Whole Hog was a great mix of everything – sausage, bacon, and ham – cooked well and nicely seasoned. It felt like a big, hearty classic diner-style breakfast. The hotcakes were fluffy, soft, and came out hot, with a good buttery flavor. With syrup, they were perfect and not too heavy. The portions were generous, and I definitely didn’t leave hungry.
