I appreciate that they had a non meat option that wasn't a beyond or impossible burger, the falafel burger was pretty bland as a whole. No option to customize it outside of removing items. So I couldn't ask for pickles, or a different sauce. Also, the fries were inedible, they were pure salt and mostly crumbs. The brussle sprouts were pretty good, and the salad was also good. "

"This was really good! Love the Carlos Birria Bowl and my S.O. loves the Carlos Carne Asada Burrito! Both have tons of flavor and good ingredients. The proportions are good. They sent some of their homemade onions and salsas with a the order. I do wish the ordering system had these as an option or order because I would have loved a couple more of the salsas.
The Carlos Sweet Potato Taco left something to be desired but figured it was worth a shot. Carlos Tacos Rice is good, not dry!
