The chicken inside was diced rather than shredded, I’ve never had an enchilada with diced chicken before. This perhaps led to the dryness of the meat. Any time we tried cutting it to take a bite all of the chicken would fall out. There was nothing else inside either, just dry diced chicken. Because of the dry nature of the chicken I feel there should have been sauce inside the enchiladas as well or that the chicken should have been cooked with significantly more sauce. Asada is suuuper dry) • Churros (yikes - bag & them crazy greasy. strawberry sauce is 1 jelly packet..) • Tres Leches *chef kiss* (big portion size, too) Highly recommend *Side note: they have fantastic Horchata; Go for the Large, trust me. "Chips that came along with the order were completely unseasoned and fried to the point that they were burnt. The salsas that came with the order were not great. The Chimichangas were flavorful but not a large portion compared to some other similar restaurants. Very affordable food and decent flavor."
