I will say this, I'm unsure if they go by weight or by number but I remember it always coming with 3 pork slices, now it has only been 2 since the change of the name on the restaurant. Sapporo Miso Ramen : We did have to call in to change one of our noodle sizes.(my niece wasn't a fan of the thick noodles) But they were more than accommodating. the extra White Rice i ordered was cooked to perfection as always!
