"y'all, i have had zaxby's plenty of times but never at this location. when i opened this box and saw these fries, i literally screamed. it was so beautiful. they portioned out everything perfectly. i got tongue torch sauce to add some heat to them and that really topped it off 10/10 highly recommended this place is they are always this consistent. i've probably gotten this same dish at least 10 times from other zaxby's and this one was the best one by far."

She communicated with me about my order taking longer to prepare than usual, plus paid attention to specific instructions for my drinks as well as the delivery itself. She was thoughtful and kind. My Zensation salad was ok, but there wasn't much salad (lettuce) at all in the tray..
Whoever prepared the 6pc. chicken finger plate I ordered put cold coleslaw in the same box as my hot fries, hot chicken tenders & toast. This made the coleslaw hot, runny & inedible. Half of my sons toast was hard, dry & lacked the buttery flavor it usually has while the other half was soaked with coleslaw. The 4 pc. tongue torch tenders were so tiny that my husband thought I'd ordered him a kid's meal🤦🏾♀️
I called the store 3 times to let them know this. The 1st time I was placed on hold for a manager that never came to the phone & the next 2 calls were unanswered. I expected better from this Zaxby's location. Looks like I'll only be ordering from the Midtown location from now on."
