"It took 2 hours to get our food. It was an hour and a half past the original estimated delivery time. The Dasher was messaging me that she could see the food sitting there. She repeatedly asked them to pack it up so she could take it. She was told she would have to wait until they have time. This went on for at least 10 minutes. We were missing the fruit we ordered and received no syrup or butter for the pancakes. The food was good and decently warm, especially for how long it sat there. Love Apple Barrel, but it sounds like their staff doesn't want to deal with Door Dash. I would not get it again through Door Dash."
