"I just had 614 Brunch delivered via DoorDash and I need to publicly admit something: I normally do not like breakfast potatoes. Especially the cute little farm-style cubes. In my mind they’re usually just filler… bland, dry starch taking up valuable omelette space. But these? These little rebels changed my mind. Even after delivery they still had a light golden crunch on the outside with a soft, creamy interior and perfectly balanced seasoning. Somehow they managed to be both comforting and craveable. I caught myself reaching for “just one more” about five times. Consider me converted. I ordered the shrimp, avocado, and feta omelette, and the filling ratio was spot-on. I was honestly expecting the usual “where’s the shrimp?” scavenger hunt, but there were plenty of them—tender and well-cooked. The avocado was fresh and buttery, and the feta added that bright, salty pop that ties everything together. And the bacon? Thick-cut, hearty, and high quality. I personally like mine a touch crispier, but the flavor was fantastic and it held up surprisingly well for delivery (which isn’t always easy to control on the restaurant’s end). Overall this was a thoughtfully prepared brunch that traveled well, which is no small feat. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and made with care. Bonus points for converting a lifelong potato skeptic. I’ll absolutely be ordering from 614 Brunch again. Next time… I might even order extra potatoes. 🥔✨"

"The Steak (Asada) volcane is the absolute best Mexican food item in the history of humanity. You think they used a simple mass-produced tostada shell? Not Los Guachos. They take a 2 fresh corn tortillas and fry those up. Next, they pile on plenty of steak. For $5.50, you get more steak on those tortillas than Chipotle gives for an entire $12+ entrée. Next, they melt the perfect amount of cheese to hold everything together. I honestly wish I knew what cheese this was, because it has a subtle sharpness to it which blends with the tortillas and steak perfectly. Cilantro is then added to enhance the experience. Next, add on some of their the AMAZING red salsa (if you can't handle the heat, maybe add the green salsa instead). In a gluttonous final step, fold the tortillas together so it becomes a primitive sandwich. One crispy bite later, you'll understand why I've hyped this so much. My brother took one bite and was so impressed, he went to Los Guachos and immediately got one for himself. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to everyone."

"okay this is my new favorite Mexican restaurant! EVERYTHING was wonderful. The 53. Chimichanga Grande was PACKED with meat. The 48. Chimichangas Suprema was the same. Both were amazing and the portion sizes were excellent. Definitely worh the price. My only complaint if you can call it that, is the 125. Chile Relleno. I wouldn't consider it stuffed. It was more of just a roasted poblano pepper with cheese and sauce. There was no meat or rice. It was still good. Although I would consider slightly dropping the price as there is no actual "filling" in the pepper. other than that it was all chef's kiss. the 40. Quesadilla Mexicana was good as well. The 16. Sopa De Pollo was awesome and the size for the price was fantastic. the 44. Burrito California was also LOADED with meat and huge. The Homemade Salsa 5.5 oz was worth it and tasted good. The ingredients were fresh and tasty, but for a place who has Burrito in their name, they have a lot to learn about making them. 1st the roll was so loose that with any bite or attempt to cut the burrito, it fell apart. 2nd the ingredients were not distributed whatsoever. The guacamole I paid extra for was all clumped on one end. There were large portions where there was no rice mixed with the beans. The onions, cilantro, lettuce, and cheese were all clumped in the middle of one end. This meant the cheese wasn't melted at all. Finally, they seemed to have forgotten the final step of warming the burrito after it was wrapped, as evidenced by the non-melted cheese and lack of structural integrity. The Chips and Queso was great, but the "4 oz medium" size was barely over 3 oz including the container. I weighed it after seeing the small size for the price. I'll pass on ordering from here again.
