Even though the store does not accept my DashPass delivery plan for which I pay a monthly fee, I paid their delivery fee and the customary additional tip feeling that if the food was as good as the reviews said, it would be worth it. I was looking forward to the delicious pizza and pasta. I was sadly disappointed. The Grandma pizza slice was hard and dry and burnt underneath as though it had been there for days and reheated over and over. The crust was so hard that I had to cut it with a knife. I had to leave half of the slice uneaten because it was so thick and dry that I didn't want to crack a tooth. The other slices were about the same except not as tough. None of them were tasty at all. I have ordered pizza that has not been good which is why I wanted to try this store, but none have been as bad as this. Every store I order Penne pasta with sauce from is always topped with mozzarella cheese and sufficient sauce for the pasta. This one had scarce marinara sauce - hardly enough to cover the pasta in the pan it came in. It was very dry and not tasty. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this store again. A truly disappointing experience."

"Eh, nothing to write home about. It tastes like they buy everything and slap it on a bun. The brisket grilled cheese was more like stale untasted non buttery, not Texas toast bread. It was white and hard. The French fries were, eh. Ok. The buffalo bites were the best thing about this over priced , over rated menu. For over $20 you should get more cauliflower buffalo wings. This was like a baby order and it looks like half of them forgot to make it into my dish. The brisket was bland, tough, and the bbq sauce was no bueno. The cheese sauce is the biggest laughingstock though. This is worse than five day old gooey., fake, movie theatre nacho cheese. The fries, one order was crispy. The other order was partially cooked and soggy. Come on guys if you're going to charge premium prices you need to actually care about the food you put out there. This place seems like they care too much about taking pictures for Instagram and less about the quality of the food. I'd give this an overall 1.5 out of 10. I would never order this again and, yikes, this is a new place. I don't think they're gonna last. I haven't eaten Friendly's in 30 years but Friendly's grilled cheese is way better than this. And that's not saying much."
