The chicken, cheese, bacon and ranch sandwich had wilted lettuce and it wasn't fun biting into the paper that separates cheese in the package. I didn't see it included on the sandwich description, but I guess they added it at no charge. The bacon is also that fakin' bacon. The roast beef sandwich with melted cheese was good. We got ours without the onions. The fries were good and they do a good job of providing enough condiments, utensils and napkins. "
