The fatty flank was a bit chewy and bland, but was better with the hosin sauce added. As this was takeout, I would suggest heating the broth so it can properly cook the rare eye round steak. All in all, the P8. Rare Eye Round Steak & Fatty Flank is worth the price. The LM2. Beef Lo-Mein, on the other hand, was also a good portion and had a good variation of ingredients mixed in but had sticky starchy texture that was a bit off putting. Just not my cup of tea, I suppose.
