About 35 minutes later I asked a waitress and she knew instantly it was my order in back that had been ready for 30 minutes. She said no one told her I was waiting. The guy sat me and left work 5 minutes later telling no one I was waiting. I spoke to the manager who graciously offered to replace the sides and fries as they were all likely cold and soggy. She also said she'd replace the ice cream and brownie. She also added 3 small drinks and one regular size drink. I was very appreciative and was not going leave this until I got home and checked through the rest of the order. I paid extra for waffle fries on all orders but received regular fries on all. (The manager didn't see that on the receipt and she replaced with regular fries). There was no brownie/ice cream included on the original order. The tortilla chips under the chicken beat dinner were completely stale and were not edible. The $15 double meat burger was small, maybe with 5 bucks. So the manager was great unfortunately for a pretty bad dinner at $110 I won't be going back anymore. I work too hard for every dollar I make and wanted to surprise my kids with something different."

First and foremost, the prices are WAYYYYYY overpriced. The mac n cheese tasted good, albeit a little plasticy. The fries were stale and cold, most were hard, and had no flavor or even salt. The chicken and the biscuits were dry, and the nuggets were burnt. (Why are the biscuits really small? like 50% smaller than normal...) My husband said the chicken sandwich was dry, and he needed a lot of water to get it down.
Not only that, but we were not allowed to make any special requests (please send extra napkins!) at this location. Weird, right???
I will say, though, that the chicken breast was not dry. However, it squeaked on my teeth, so I'm hoping I don't get sick later. No one really enjoyed the "Last Dinner of Summer Vacation." Next time, we will order from Raising Canes, or Bush's.
The dasher who delivered our food didn't even ring the bell. If I wasn't looking outside for it, I never would have seen it. I'm mad I gave a tip. No contact does NOT mean drop n ditch. Even dingdong ditches ring the bell. They didn't.

"The chicken is always on point. Always fresh. Always hits with a unique flavor profile that doesn't disappoint. I can recommend the rice as a side. I wouldn't recommend the french fries though.
