First, the plantains were burnt (see photo attached), the fufu had a strange smell—like it had either overstayed or wasn’t stored/handled properly, giving off that unpleasant odor of food just about to go bad. We ordered the dolmades, and the grape leaves were skillfully wrapped and well-seasoned, perfectly complementing the cucumber sauce.
