"I'm disappointed. I ordered a Belgian Waffle with a side of bacon. The chef prepared the food with care and my waffle looked delicious. The packer gently laid the waffle atop a piece of wax paper and set it inside a black styrofoam container. This is where the problem occurred. The waffle arrived soggy from bing steamed inside the styrofoam. There are four corner spots which could have been opened to allow for the escape of steam, but this was not done, literally leading to the ruination of my waffle. This is my second order of the Belgian Waffle from the chain in two weeks, however, this time I used Door Dash and weeks ago I used a competitor. I think there are two different restaurants my food was prepared in. The previous order arrived in different packing, crisp and delicious. A second thing that could use improvement is the amount of butter I received. It was one inside a slice of butter pack, which was not enough for a large waffle. I hope the restaurant management reads this and makes the slight adjustments necessary to make me want to return.
