"I’m reporting this as a problem with my order and requesting a refund or credit.
This delivery was a miss across the board. My farmer’s basket arrived about half full, with noticeably smaller portions than what I receive when ordering in person. There was not a full serving of any item.
Additionally, my toffee date cake had little to no toffee sauce, making it very dry, and the edges were overcooked. The sweet potatoes and broccoli were also undercooked and required additional time in the oven before they were edible.
For nearly $40, this level of quality and portion size is disappointing and does not match the experience I consistently receive when ordering in person. Based on recent delivery experiences, it seems the quality is not being maintained for delivery orders."
