"What a great find! I ordered the Mini Quesadilla with chicken and Sope Campechanco with homemade Horchata to drink. Once I received my food order, I opened the tray to the pleasant aroma of Mexican spices and cheese. Notably, the meats were perfectly seasoned and tender and the toppings were super fresh but my absolute favorite part was the rich corn flavor of the sope base.
