"Shrimp, fish, & crab cakes were fried perfectly, (when it's usually over battered & over fried) the crunchies were the perfect size, (little pieces instead of large chunks) the green beans weren't all smashed up and broken, & the coleslaw had just the right amount of sauce to keep it moist. Suggestion: Use the same size shrimp for the shrimp meal as you use for the platters, use larger to-go containers for the sides, (that holds the same amount of food as you put with your platters for indoor dining) & actually FILL those containers (whichever you use) instead of only half-way full.
