Also, Sirloin is a very flavorful cut, it's just not the tenderest cut. Thus the price. The ribs are great. The mister loves desert. "My husband ordered the Riblet Plate with the Sweet Asian Chile sauce. (he did not like the combo) And the fries that come with the plate are always the same, soggy and mushy. He keeps thinking maybe they will change and be crunchy outside and creamy inside. But it never happens. My cheeseburger was not the best. My fault. I didn't order it the way I usually do. And the App was onion rings. Not as good as Portillo's."

One layer of cheese... it was just skimpy. The pizza was also a tad pale.
