"This used to be a great place, but seems to have gone down in quality. Today got 8 piece Signature Chicken for $18, and got 3 wings, 2 legs, and 3 thighs. While they didn't advertise which pieces, the industry standard for eight pieces of fried chicken is 2 each, breast-thigh-leg-wing. Feeding a family of four without a larger piece for each person makes this grossly overpriced IMO. Additionally, the Potato Wedges did not taste (or feel) freshly-made. I ordered to be delivered at 4pm, and hoped everything would be made fresh, but it didn't seem to be. One last thing is that they use plastic bags for delivery. so despite packing the fried chicken in boxes with vents, once they put those boxes inside a plastic bag, everything gets STEAMED, so you can’t expect any krispy or krunchy fried chicken once it’s been steamed for 20-30 minutes. Really disappointed overall, HOWEVER, their biscuits are heavenly, and they did tuck one in the box with the chicken, so that was a lovely surprise."

That's just an obvious thing when somebody gets a to-go order, especially through DoorDash. No napkins. Nothing. I like that my food was staple chest, so nobody messes around with it, but then stick a fork in there for me.) But onto the next thing. The smothered chicken I have to say was really good! Greasy, but good (greasy as in the whole container bottom was soaked with it). But why are you gonna worry about grease when you're eating the chicken smothered in white pepper gravy?
