I have received wings that were dark to the bone, as well as gizzards that were also dark and taste horrible, which to me was a definite sign of the food being too old for consumption, however, they cooked, sold and served these disgusting items with a clear conscious. The restaurant is beautiful, a good place for entertainment, drinking and gambling, but certainly not for eating. I have fond memories here and it's definately a generational thing in my family. Im so happy this new orland location is open, as i can get it from work now . Ive been driving to Palos from Bolingbrook for a long time for these. Pasta salad is also the best Ive ever had. Only 1 suggestion, years ago your dad used to soak these sandwiches in oil and vinegar and it was wonderful. Ive noticed since the son has taken over that there isn't much of that anymore. Your food is still terrific but it's a suggestion to going back to that ."
