I made it super healthy by choosing the whole wheat tortilla, shredded chicken, double beans (for extra protein), lime rice, pico de gallo, veggie fajitas, guacamole, no cheese, with lime vinaigrette which comes on the side so I could control the amount I used. Portions of chicken and lettuce mix is excellent. Some places don't give enough lettuce to considera salad a salad. I have ordered this for dinner 2 days in a row. Very good for my diabetes numbers because they don't put too much rice. "
